Join us for an energising movement session, led by YO Studios, inside their Carlsberg Byen studio. The class will be a fun but spicy Barre class, inspired mostly by Ballet but also by yoga and pilates. It is a class suitable for all levels, with no prior experience of barre required! Expect to be challenged in both strength, flexibility and cardio - with both matwork and exercises by the barre.

After our session we’ll finish with some complimentary bubbles and light snacks - to chat, connect, and recover just a little from the class. The studio is all ours for at least an hour after the session, and there will be alcohol-free alternatives for those who desire!

At our sauna location, there are large lockable boxes to securely store your belongings during the session - but no toilets or showers on site. A belated celebration, once everyone has returned home from holidays, to welcome in the new year together! We’ll enjoy a 5-serving brunch menu and 2-hours of unlimited mimosas together with our friends inside Cafe Venner. 🌛 Do I have to be a fast runner?
A: Not at all, this is a social run, the intention isn’t on speed. We’ll aim for 6:00/km pace, but should you want to fall back or walk some sections, we’ll make sure someone stays back so you’re never running alone.

🌛Will there be any hills?
A: Nope, nice and flat! We’ll be running a few of the lakes, plus a few streets of the city.

🌛Can I bring a friend?
A: of course, the more the merrier!

In a workshop-style format, we’ll teach you the basics of knitting, supply you with the yarn & needles you need, explain the pattern to you, and help each other figure the project out.

However, if you’ve a seasoned knitter, you’re also welcome! We’ll have an expert from Önling joining us to inspire you with more advanced knowledge about pattern making.
