We loved our last Gus so much we’re making this a monthly installment! Embrace the heat together in this Sauna Gus session! We’ll sweat it out, listen and sing along to some good music, cold plunge and sip cocoa in between - while we experience a full 1-hour sauna experience: gus mester included! 🔥

This event will be a ticketed one, to help cover the costs of the sauna hire exclusively for us to use! This month, we’re going to make things Christmas themed - with some spiced essential oils, a christmas carol singing round together, and hot cocoa to sip in between rounds.

At our sauna location, there is a unisex changing room with 3 showers, as well as a cool outdoor shower and a cold plunge tub. We encourage you to join us 15 minutes early (so 10:45am) to get changed before our sauna session begins!
