A special Sunday of embracing the heat in this Sauna Gus session together! Come sweat it out, while we experience a full sauna experience: gusmester, curated music and aromatic essential oils included! There will be plenty of air or cold plunge breaks (this time in the sea!) in between our 10-12 minute rounds of sauna, to help us stay comfy.
This event will be a ticketed one, to help cover the costs of the sauna hire exclusively for us to use.
You’re also invited to join us for a coffee or snack before the session, from around 12:30 - at Original Coffee Sandkaj (just nearby).

At our sauna location, there are large lockable boxes to securely store your belongings during the session - but no toilets or showers on site. We encourage you to come in your swimwear, and join us 15 minutes early (so 1:15pm) to undress before our sauna session begins! We recommend bringing x2 towels (one for the sauna, one for after), some flip-flops and a non-metal water bottle.
