Let’s sweat it out in the studio together, then run down to the waterfront for a summery pizza picnic! Another dreamy collab for our movement-obsessed gals, with the perfect opportunity to hang back and make new connections.
We’re doing a ‘Pilates flow’ style class with @yostudios - a fun and challenging class where movement and breath come together in a dynamic flow to target your endurance, strength, balance and mobility all at once, giving you a full body workout! No experience or equipment needed.
After our session we’ll head to the waterfront, roll out the picnic mats, and settle in for some pizzas from @ottopizza_cph . Optionally, you’re welcome to bring along some wine too. We’ll yap the evening away, and enjoy the summer sunlight!
Your ticket (180kr pp) includes:
60 minute guided pilates session
All necessary props & mat hire
